My benefits were stolen off my EBT card. What can I do?

  1. Call the Benefits Service Center at (800) 479-6151 to report immediately. You can also go to your local district office.
  2. You may be eligible to apply for reimbursement of your stolen benefits. Fill out the attestation of loss form, and submit either using the document uploader or dropping off at your local district office.

What is EBT card skimming and phishing?

Skimming and phishing scams are on the rise. Scammers hide skimming devices on card machines to steal your EBT information and PIN as you swipe your card, or send fraudulent texts pretending to be the government.
